In recent weeks I have become more familiar with the general activities of the UNEP CEP office and in particular with the strategies around communication and raising awareness to and across stakeholders in the region and beyond.

Now I am very keen to be able to focus in more detail on the other aspects of the CETA programme and deep dive into the E and T of Education and Training. It will be particularly useful to analyse the implementation process and effectiveness of different types of workshop frameworks as well as subsequent lessons learned.

Challenges Faced
The legendary island time requires persistent following up, especially if delivery times are tight. It also allows you to get to know your work colleague or supplier much better and be mindful for their work constraints.

Lessons Learned
Brilliant live advertising: Take two sets of loud speakers, a long rope and attach it to the top of your car, now blast the latest reggae tunes and announce your party across town. Who needs leaflets anymore?
