It really has been interesting for me to get to experience first-hand the process of drafting and redrafting (and redrafting again) these documents before final approval. It has also been great to be able to see the process of putting together the framework of future plans and activities of the SPAW sub-programme that will someday positively impact the environment.
On another note, after much hard work, late nights and sleep-deprivation, I have finally submitted my MSc Thesis! While interning full-time, on top of graduate school requirements had often proved challenging and left me with very little free time over the past few months, it has really been a learning experience (particularly in the importance of time-management). I am really happy to have gotten through this without any major issues.
The major challenge I have faced in the past month has been once again, juggling different tasks and responsibilities. However I feel like I am getting better and better with time and experience. I absolutely think these challenges lead to personal growth and self-improvement.
Preparing these documents of regional significance has really emphasized to me the importance of a critical attention to detail.
