Crop Selection
The countries are currently at the crop selection phase.
The crops selected by the countries are as follows:
- Colombia: Banana and Plantain
- Costa Rica: Pineapple and Banana
- Nicaragua: none yet
The objective of growing these crops is to employ different management practices and monitor pesticides run-off after which, training (of trainers and farmers) will be carried out.
