Flyer to download- MARPOL Annex V Special Area designation

The REMPEITC has a free information flyer which you can download from our website to help get the word out about the Special Area designation under MARPOL Annex V of the Wider Caribbean Region being a No Discharge area for garbage. 

Please download this here and print it, preferably in color, and post at areas around the waterfront, such as marinas and yacht clubs. 

Also, have your flag state inspectors, port state control officers, coast guard, marine patrol, etc. pass it out to vessels during boarding and inspections to increase awareness and reduce the illegal discharge of garbage in the sea.
